All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Miracle Moments is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as indicated on our website.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because every sculpture is made to order just for you, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at moments.miracle1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will make it right by sending a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Limitation of Liability
